The City of Reims commissioned SNC-Lavalin to assist with a management contract involving a study into and implementation of an urban video surveillance solution. Company teams took charge of the operational, legal and technical aspects of the feasibility study, drew up the authorisation request file submitted to the Prefecture and drafted requisite tender documents.

SNC-Lavalin was commissioned to conduct requisite preliminary studies and manage the development of a new generation industrial park at Caligny. Within the framework of urban design and environment studies, company personnel rose to the challenge of integrating the site into the natural surroundings and conserving remarkable tracts of vegetation. Group involvement focused on assisting the developer in drawing up the administrative and land subdivision files. SNC-Lavalin further defined the nature of commercial activities planned for the site and total net floor area (TNFA) available for future buildings.
