SNC-Lavalin managed the construction of a new 2738 m² office facility to house the regional offices of KPMG at Caen. Company teams assumed responsibility for all building trades and works packages. Le Progrès office complex
SNC-Lavalin assumed full project management responsibilities on behalf of Cardinal Group with respect to an office building designed to house the offices of Le Progrès newspaper and Télé Lyon Métropole. To satisfy client demands in terms of High Environmental Quality (HEQ) building standards, company teams selected a concrete design replete with exterior insulation and sun baffles which lend the building excellent thermal inertia and greatly reduce energy consumption. Other HEQ features include environment-friendly finishing materials, a natural lighting concept, and a rainwater recovery system designed to feed a neighbouring pond.

Trading floor, Fortis
SNC-Lavalin renovated and expanded the trading floor at Fortis within the framework of an electrical, mechanical and plumbing engineering contract. Expanded floor space totalled 2670 m2 in area. Furnishings specific to facilities of the like included cool top desks designed to compensate for the heat produced by people and computer equipment.

Carpe Diem office tower
SNC-Lavalin was commissioned to manage fluid works (air conditioning, smoke exhaustion, plumbing, fire protection, sprinklers, heavy current installations - generator set, light current installations - fire protection and building management systems) within the framework of the construction of Tour Carpe Diem at Courbevoie. The office tower houses corporate dining facilities, a conference room, winter garden, businesses, board room and a private restaurant. The 31-storey edifice, with a budget of €110 400 000, is AFNOR-certified HEQ, LEED and BREEAM.

SNC-Lavalin oversaw the building of the new Cesbron Group head office, a positive energy facility built in compliance with CERTIVEA criteria. Installations include a meeting room housed in an aluminum-clad half‑egg structure set atop a water feature.
