Paris-Vatry Airport
SNC-Lavalin is the majority shareholder in the company set up to manage and operate this airport complex located in the southern reaches of the Department of Marne. Paris-Vatry Airport is a dedicated air cargo facility situated 150 km east of Paris. Equipped with a 3860-metre runway and performance-oriented navigational aids, the airport is capable of accommodating all manner of wide-body aircraft 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only a short distance from the Greater Paris area, Paris-Vatry boasts superlative cargo handling capability and features five temperature-controlled cold rooms for the optimal handing of fresh produce and other perishables. Supported by a leading edge logistics park (300 000 m² of warehouse space built to date), the airport's ready availability of lots will allow the complex to continue to draw other internationally renowned names in logistics well into the future. Société d'Exploitation de Vannes Aéroport (SEVA) is the company set up on 1st January 2008 to manage Vannes Golfe du Morbihan Airport. SEVA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian-based SNC-Lavalin, has been commissioned to operate and maintain airport infrastructure, and develop air traffic. Located 8 km north of the City of Vannes on the Gulf of Morbihan, the airport caters essentially to business, leisure and travel sector operators. The facility features a concrete runway overlaid with asphalt which measures 1530 metres in length, as well as a grass runway 1026 metres in length. Onsite navigational aids allow for night and instrument operations, with air traffic control services being provided by controllers certified by French air navigation service authorities. Airport traffic currently stands at about 30 000 movements a year.

SECA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian-based SNC-Lavalin, has been commissioned to operate and maintain airport infrastructure, and develop air traffic. Located 6 km northwest of the City of Chalon-sur-Saône, in close proximity to the renowned vineyards of France's Burgundy region, the airport caters essentially to business, leisure and travel sector operators. The facility features an asphalt runway 1440 metres in length, as well as an 850-metre grass runway. Onsite navigational aids allow for night and instrument operations, with flight information service being provided by authorised SECA agents. Airport traffic currently stands at about 15 000 movements a year.

Pyrénia, joint administrative body and owner of Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées Airport, awarded SNC-Lavalin responsibility for operation of the airport for a period of twelve years beginning 1st January 2009, pursuant to the terms of a public service delegation. Located 10 km southwest of Tarbes (Department of Hautes-Pyrénées), the airport is open to international traffic 24 hours a day. Passenger traffic currently stands at 500 000 a year. Three scheduled flights operate daily between the facility and Paris-Orly year-round. In summer, passengers enjoy service to an impressive range of destinations, including Rome, Naples, Milan, Bergamo, London, Manchester, Dublin, Brussels and Malta.

The contract is for a provisional one-year period, renewable for a second year.
SNC Lavalin is committed to establishing a policy for commercial development and service quality in the field of business and leisure aviation while providing airport maintenance by its own network specialists.
